Mark October 23rd on your calendars for the 2016 IGT Legs for Literacy event. Last year was another success and this year, we look forward to putting on another great event. We will be announcing our charitable donations to local literacy projects soon! Once again we will feature four races- 5k, 10k, half and full marathons. Based on runner feedback, runners really enjoy our route: we plan some minor adjustments that will be designed to make it even better. We will also have a Family Run/Walk on race weekend.

- This year we will be a RunNB Running Room Super Series Event for the half marathon distance and the NB half marathon championship.
- Our course is a Boston Qualifier (certified course NBSS-2014-106-BDC) and half marathon times can be used for qualification at the New York City Marathon!
- December 9, 2016 - Our annual general meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 24th at 7:00pm, in the main floor meeting room, at the Moncton Public Library located at 644 Main Street, Moncton. - December 7, 2016 - This year RBC has once again generously supported our event. We would like to thank them for their $2,000.00 donation and their employees for contributing to an event that promotes an active lifestyle while raising money for a good cause.

- October 25, 2016 - Thank you to all of the EMS volunteers that patrolled our route and stayed at our finish line. You provide a valuable service and it is very much appreciated by both the participants and the organizers. Thank you again for supporting our event!
- October 25, 2016 - For anyone wanting to pick up medals, we will be at the Running Room on Wednesday, November 2nd (5pm - 6:45pm) with age category medals, trophies, lost and found, and maybe even a few buffs.

- October 24, 2016 - Due to a course error in the 10 KM Event, most runners would only have run a distance of 9.5 km. The official results have been posted on-line at AtlanticChip.ca based on a 9.5 km distance. We apologize for our error and any confusion or disappointment it may have caused. - October 22, 2016 - Due to weather conditions, we are cancelling the Tim Horton's Family Walk Run Event at 10am. Kids registered for this event made are still welcome to the Expo and receive their book. For those registered for this event, we will are offering a free entry to the same event next year. - June 18, 2016 - New T-shirt Style! We are changing suppliers. The long sleeve technical runner shirt will be blue while the volunteer shirt is red. It is important to note that the sizing is different from the shirt of the past few years. This year the shirts are men’s and women’s sizes. Please look at our size chart when choosing your shirt.
